Aqwest is seeking a Water Quality and Operations Specialist.

Sitting in the Assets team, the Water Quality & Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of water production through effective monitoring and operational practices.  This role involves providing technical leadership of evaluating water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with various teams to optimise water operations form source to consumer.   

 A day in this role would include

• Evaluating Operational risk management controls
• Site Attendances
• Problem solving and system optimisation
• Procurement and management of contracting partnerships
• Monitoring and investigation:  quality and effectiveness of water production
• Compliance obligations
