Veolia has an exciting opportunity for a Works Coordinator to manage maintenance activities based in Bendigo 3550. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow in asset and maintenance operations within the water industry. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Utilising VAMS (CMMS) to maximise maintenance outcomes for Victorian Water contracts

• Coordinating maintenance activities and managing subcontractors

• Implementing and maintaining maintenance plans and inventory management practices

• Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards

• Preparing and submitting reports to meet weekly/monthly deadlines

• Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Supporting the regional asset management team's objectives

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Logistics experience, relevant coordination skills or Engineering background 

• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders

• Self-motivation and eagerness to learn about asset and maintenance operations

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Valid driver's licence
