Who are we looking for?

With more than 90 years of innovative water solutions as our foundation, our water team leads the charge in the Victorian, national and international water industry.

We are now seeking a Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with project management, construction management, design or planning experience in water infrastructure, water or wastewater treatment to join us and focus on leading projects and managing client relationships within the Bendigo region.

This diverse and exciting position will see you involved in:

• Project management and project support for water infrastructure or water treatment projects
• Using your technical and client relationship skills for the delivery of proposals, investigations and technical design projects in the Bendigo region and throughout Victoria
• Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, and preparation of multi-disciplinary studies and designs
• Producing design drawings, reports and technical documents for water infrastructure and treatment projects that include:
  • water treatment plants
  • wastewater treatment and recycling plants
  • water storages, pipelines & pump stations
  • planning and modelling
• Leading and overseeing construction works on site and administrating contracts
• Sharing skills and expertise through being a mentor and/or mentee within our collaborative and supportive team environment

What would you bring to the team?

• Between 5 and 15 years of demonstrated ability in a civil, mechanical or chemical engineering role that includes either water networks, water or wastewater treatment, water storages, pipelines & pump station projects
• Design or planning skills in water infrastructure, water or wastewater treatment, including producing or reviewing design reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation, or in the use of civil, hydraulic or process design software
• Project management, construction management, site surveillance, contract administration or project support experience in water infrastructure.
